Lavaux, French pronunciation: "lavo") is a region located in Switzerland's canton of Vaud? It is in the Lavaux-Oron district. Le Lavaux is a collection of 830 hectares of terraced vineyards, which stretch along 30 km of the north-facing shores of Lake Geneva.
